The 5-star Venue Jeddah Corniche hotel is placed in the heart of Jeddah overlooking the beautiful Red Sea Riviera waterfront. Amazing location, and very rich and delicious breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent by all means. So much varieties and high quality. Location is excellent as well, on the heart of Jeddah charming Cornish. I'll definitely come again for these two awesome features. Also the mini bar was offered to us for free. The parking is spacious and for free.

The furniture style is a bit outdated. Nothing else.

Deserves more stars; great place to stay

I loved the location, the size of the room – the whole room was amazing actually – and the facilities. I did not expect much at the beginning, because the reviews at Booking.com were not that great, but I chose to stay at the hotel nonetheless because of the location. I was surprised to see the hotel deserved more stars than it has. It really is superb. My room was amazing and super comfortable. It has a beautiful view as well. And you can walk through Corniche whenever you want. I would definitely recommend the hotel. My stay was awesome, loved my room.

I had to order room service one night. It is not that good, but it sure is expensive. Don't commit the same mistake. I also hated the fact that sex segregation is still alive at the Venue. The swimming pool is just for men. There are two different lobbies, one for men and one for women. I was with my partner, so this whole thing sucks. At first, I would also say that the inside of the hotel looks like a maze – it has different towers, receptions and entrances. But to be honest you get used to it preety quickly.

It was exquisite.

The Breakfast was very diverse but extremely delicious. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location was Devine. Checkout was very swift. room facilities were excellent. Valet service was good. There was a complimentary mini bar which was a nice touch.

I had an anniversary and requested the honeymoon package upgrade. When i arrived at the property the Guest relations employee who was supposed to coordinate the surprise event with me when i arrived was on leave with no apparent replacement. Thanks to the staff at the reception they took care of it and we managed to pull it off without any mishaps

Each organization has a worth according to their asset value. in the Venue, i would specify the unreplaceble priceless assets to the hotel in 2 people: Mrs. Huda (reseptionest) & Mr. Ibrahim Yousef (guest relations). I would give them a diamond medalians for their wonderful attitude, hospitality & exeptional support. I can say that i've made 2 new wonderful friends. Hopfully to see Mrs. Huda as a Guest Relation Manager & Mr. Ibrahim Yousef as a Hotel Manager one day.

It was a great hotel with a great staff.

It was a great hotel with a great staff. The location is good for the corniche:

Check in took a little bite long time because they changed our room. The room service food prices is too high and no one should pay 20 SR for a bottled water that can be bought for 1 SR outside. The swimming pool open hours should last longer than 9p.m and the massage service is too high.

Old and dirty with poor service

The hotel pictures on booking not the same as reality My room was old , dirty and expensive There were no minibar or minu for food order I called them for food and to bring menu for me , and they didn’t. And then I called them again and I order a 7up with snickers, they brought hot 7up and freezed snickers!!! I didn’t like the place or the service and the price is over expensive for the result !!!

TERRIBLE HOTEL

The only thing is good about the hotel is the location.

I had a terrible stay at the venue for the following reasons: 1-The driver who picked my wife up from the airport was not professional. Skipping lanes and cars, pressing the car horn and screaming on other drivers. His eye was red as he just wake up from sleep and he doesn’t speak English very well nor Arabic. 2- When I want to pick up my car from the vale parking, they initially said we don’t have your car and when I gave them the plate number they take almost half an hour to bring it. This was very frustrating because I missed my dinner booking! 3-The room service takes ages to deliver tooth brush and Ice. 3- The house keeping did not clean the room as expected. They left the flowers on the floor and did not clean the the fork and knife that we ate the cake with. 4- Finally and most frustrated thing is that I called the reception to complain to the HOTTEL MANAGER on duty and said he will call you back. He actually did not called and I did not have the chance to talk to him until during my check out, he did not say anything, he did not even apologies, and he also asked for the airport pick up charges. He didn’t even apologies, HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE. What a frustrating stay!

Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The rooms in the city tower were not maintained by 5 star hotel standards and very noisy. Noice cancellation did not exist in the room and a/c generators can be clearly heard from outside. This hotel does not have value for money by any means.

Pillows and bed of junior suite at Royal floor are very soft and floppy. Breakfast is awesome and good location at the heart of New Jeddah sea front.
